Browser

Browser is the area marked in red color and shortcuts show / hide green. Then what is the function of this browser? As with Windows Explorer on your computer, browser FL Studio serves to accommodate all the data FL Studio like sounds of instruments, effects presets, project files etc. My discussion this time will only describe the sounds of instruments eksplor native FL Studio web browser.FL Studio has provided many voices that we can use, such as the sound of drums, guitar, bass, string ensemble and many more. The voices are usually called sample, a piece of the original instrument sound recordings. To create an instrument that has a tone there own way and will be discussed in the next tutorial.Back to the browser, let's try to open the folder 'Packs' and see no instruments drums anything in it. Layout folder "Packs" I gave the color "blue".Once we click on the folder 'Packs' will open folders child with each title. You simply open the folder 'Drum Kit 01', in which there are some samples that we can hear by clicking. Please click these samples to listen to his voice. (Sample file with the icon color is yellow as in Figure 6).

To be perfectly audible sound of the instrument, it is recommended to use speakers / earphones with wide frequency (30 Hz - 15K Hz). Please open the article Making Songs for Beginners with Sofware Fruityloops to see what is needed in order to follow this tutorial well. After the voice sounded just try all the sounds in the folder 'Drum Kit 01'. As you listen, the samples that are real drum samples, although in my opinion the sound quality is not good. For a better drum sounds much choice real drumkit plugin that can be installed separately, but that I will explain later. After trying all the sounds in the folder 'Drum Kit 01', you can try the entire sample folder in 'Packs' more and you will find a variety of instruments. Having satisfied all the samples tested in our advanced Packs folder. So how do we use these samples? The trick, move the sample we choose in the 'channel window'. To illustrate the use of sample, I have chosen the drum sound that I think is good and you are advised to follow. If you had a choice of a voice sample itself does not matter, the important thing you can understand the concept. The layout of drum samples in the folder of my choice:Packs> Legacy> FPCIn the FPC folder we will take three voices, each of which is taken from the folder "Hi Hats", "Kick Drums" and "Snare Drums". Please open and select samples below:

Open Folder "Hi Hats" and select FPC_ClHH_GSab_002

Open Folder "Kick Drums" and select FPC_Kick_GiReal_003

Open Folder "Snare Drums" and select FPC_Snr_2lI04
To insert a sample into the channel window please hold the click sound that we want, then drag it into the "channel window." Enter each sound which I recommend to replace the electronic drum sound in the 'channel window'. We move the samples one by one like this instruction:

Folder Hi Hats> select a sample called "FPC_ClHH_GSab_002" by hold-click + drag toward the    channel with the inscription Hat on 'channel window'.Folder Kick Drums> select sample "FPC_Kick_GiReal_003" by hold-click + drag toward the channel with the words Kick on the 'channel window'.Folder Snare Drums> select "FPC_Snr_2lI04" by hold-click + drag toward the channel with Snare written on 'channel window'.

After inserting the sample into the 'channel window' please change the first name of each channel as instruction in Video 1. Rename 'channel' will help us in identifying the sample that we have entered, otherwise it will create a neat project this song.

Now try to 'play' after we change the voice. There is something strange? I think the sound of "Hat" is too large, simply turn the knob using "channel volume" next to "Channel Hat" to 50%. (Illustrations shrink 'channel volume' can be seen in Video 1)

Tutorial browser and enter the sample has been completed, go to the Playlist tutorial.

English Translation

I had an admittedly timid past
Without knowing it, I was afraid
That old self is reflecting the truth now

This place has painted many different skies
Which have surely upset my fleeting heart

I jumped so high in my dreams
Though my body's cloaked in anxiety, I'll shake it off
And start to spread my little sleeping hopes wide
I know I'm weak when you're around

To have strength in a dark world
My heart seems to be forever dreaming

(I wanna always be with you,
I'll give you everything I have.)

I've searched for a guiding light
If I could touch it, I'll remember everything
And be given an invaluable, precious present1

I learned the world has its eyes closed
It's always painful though comforting

I watch my definite hopes connect and overlap
Doubt has begun to move in
I want to protect you and carry you
My wounds are suspended in deep sleep

It was an unchanging promise
Two people believed, a bond in perfect clarity

I'll cry out your name until my voice reaches you
I want to feel more of this miracle of meeting you

I jumped so high in my dreams
Though my body's cloaked in anxiety, I'll shake it off
And start to spread my little sleeping hopes wide
I know I'm weak when you're around

To have strength in a dark world
My heart seems to be forever dreaming

(I wanna always be with you,
I wanna hold you tight right now,
I swear it, I will walk with you,
I'll give you everything I have.)

CHANNEL WINDOW & STEP SEQUENCER

As usual I will show where the Channel window & Step sequencer with pictures accompanied by the components that are important to note.

Areas in red are Channel window & Step sequencer and light green are shortcut show / hide. In it contains the components described below:

Purple: Channel

In Figure 2 look 4 pieces 'channel' is installed (the default channel when you first install and open    FL Studio) in the 'channel window' each bearing Kick, Clap, Hat and Snare. Yes, that is the names of drum instruments, which means, the channel is of shelter of the instruments in which channel work that the voices of instruments that go into it we can hear and play.

In the 'Channel window' we can put a lot of 'channel', each of which contains a variety of instruments we needed. Still confused? Calm we go, okay.

Light Blue: Step Sequencer
We see a lot of boxes that are 16 boxes of each 'channel' her, then what is the use of these boxes? These boxes are used to command when an instrument in a 'channel' sound. For example, if we click on the box on the 'channel kick' box will be filled. Please fill in the boxes 'step sequencer kick' by clicking as shown below:

Once filled trying to 'play', and we will hear a bass drum. To remove please right click on the white box we described earlier. To be more clear now as you try to fill all the boxes provided and "play" if it has been filled.

It is clear the function of boxes called 'step sequencer'? If it had been let go.

Orange: Channel volume
If previously we've been acquainted with the main volume, now we are dealing with 'channel volume,' then what is the difference between the two? 'Channel volume' function to regulate big / little sound comes out only from a channel. In contrast with the main volume control of large / small overall sound.
For example, assuming we have to draw Kick, Hat and Snare on 'step sequencer', when he heard turned out to vote Hat is too big, hearing Hat is too big to make it more pleasing to the ear we must reduce it, the answer is use the 'channel volume hat.' If we use 'main volume', all the sounds of the instrument will shrink.

Well, the explanation of the Channel window & Step sequencer has been completed. Before concluding let us together draw a drum beat like the example shown below:

So far we've managed to create a pattern / drum pattern, I will explain about the pattern in the session Playlist. We use the drum sound is the voice for the song genre of electronic, we wanted to find an alternative other drum sounds let us go to the next session.

Tutorial FL Studio (fruity loop) for Beginner

Part 1 of this tutorial will be divided into 4 parts. Okay, without elaborate immediately I provide a table of contents Part 1 of this tutorial, good luck.

Conclusion

TOOL BAR

As a start we trace out the main functions that must be known from the 'tool bar'
in FL Studio. In the 'tool bar' area contains an assortment of useful as a
navigation panel to operate FL Studio. To make it easier I described using the
image below:

Explanation Figure 1

    Red: Toolbar Area

    Green: Main Bar
The main menu to save the project, options, view, copy, paste etc.

    Yellow: Main Volume
Main volume serves as a regulator of the amount of noise globally.

    Orange: Time panel
    Shows the track project time.

    Dark Blue: Transport panel
Function to run track (play), stop the song (stop), record (record).

Light Blue: Song tempo & Pattern selector
Song tempo controls the speed of a song. In FL Studio we can set the tempo
from 10 bps (beats per second) to 999 bps. Timing depends on what kind of
track we will create. Pattern will be discussed in the following explanation.

    Purple: Metronome
Function produces a sound as the beat of the song that is useful for guidance
in making the song, especially the beat of drums, drum variations etc. The
metronome sound speed in accordance with the tempo we set.

For a while it used to know before touching other panels which I will discuss in
the next tutorial. Because this tutorial Part 1 discusses the basic manufacture of
drums, I'll explain a little bit how the 'Song tempo' (light blue) and 'Metronome'
(purple).

To try the test at the same metronome sound, please click the 'play' and note the
number on the 'time panel' move, but you do not hear any noise. Quiet, to test our
voice can enable the 'metronome', please enable the 'metronome' the one I marked
color 'purple'.
